About the role

Human Resources team at Amazon supports management with administrative and operational HR tasks. The HR Associate Partner handles attendance flag clearance, time‑off processing, punch reconciliation, and counseling documentation, collaborating with managers and site leaders. Based in Delhi, India, on‑site role.

What you’ll do

• Clear flags in HR systems and assess attendance points
• Collect and organize time‑off request forms and obtain approvals
• Ensure proper coding of paid and unpaid time categories
• Enter orientation punches for staffing agency hires
• Input corrective action documentation into GAPS system
• Research and summarize associate counseling history
• Print and organize counseling documents for managers

Nice to have

• 6+ months HR experience
• 6+ months Microsoft Office experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience in confidential environments
