About the role

Consumer Leadership team in GBS focuses on commercial finance excellence for Accenture. The Delivery Operations Team Lead drives FP&A processes, manages budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, and provides strategic insights to senior finance stakeholders. Based in Gurugram, on-site work model, overseeing a team of analysts and collaborating across marketing, supply chain, and finance functions.

What you’ll do

• Own and lead annual budgets and periodic forecasts
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations
• Develop financial models for scenario planning and sensitivity analysis
• Deliver accurate financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and resource allocation
• Drive automation and best practices in FP&A processes
• Mentor and manage FP&A analysts
• Support consumer delivery lead with strategic financial insights

What you’ll bring

• CA or CFA certification
• 7-11 years progressive finance experience
• Proven budgeting and forecasting track record
• Experience in FMCG/CPG/Tobacco industry
• Team management and stakeholder influence
• Advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables)
• ERP systems (SAP) and FP&A tools
• Strong communication and analytical skills
