About the role
Quest Global seeks a Lead Structural Analysis Engineer in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, to deliver advanced finite element analysis for turbomachinery components. The role involves meshing complex structures, performing linear and non-linear static, thermal, and modal simulations, and assessing bolt/weld joints and fatigue life. Day-to-day work includes validating results, documenting assessments, presenting findings to stakeholders, and mentoring junior engineers while leading team-building and program-level initiatives.
What you’ll do
- Validate analysis results and document assessments with results summary and conclusions
- Participate in internal and external reviews and present assessments to stakeholders
- Mentor and train new joiners and less experienced engineers
- Take lead in team building and program-level initiatives
- Provide design suggestions and alternate solutions
- Perform bolt/weld joint assessment
