Senior Associate IS Engineer - ServiceNow IRM/TPRM

About the role

Senior Associate IS Engineer leading full‑cycle ServiceNow IRM/TPRM implementations for vendor and system risk. Designs scalable, automated workflows, configures risk assessments, Smart Assessments, scoring models, and tiering. Builds dashboards, reports, KPIs, and custom UI components. Integrates with external systems, supports audit readiness, and mentors junior devs. Requires deep ServiceNow platform expertise, IRM/TPRM modules, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Builder, and governance.

What you’ll do

• Design, configure, implement IRM/TPRM modules
• Lead full-cycle implementation: requirements, design, dev, test, deploy
• Build vendor and system risk workflows, assessments, scoring, tiering
• Configure questionnaires, control frameworks, policy statements, compliance mappings
• Develop Management Workspaces, Service Portal, UI Builder components
• Automate risk processes: Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Record Producers, UI Policies, Glide APIs
• Create dashboards, reports, KPIs for vendor risk posture, control effectiveness, remediation, compliance
• Integrate IRM/TPRM with external systems
• Support audit readiness, regulatory compliance
• Provide platform governance, best practices
• Mentor junior devs, contribute to standards, documentation

What you’ll bring

• BS CS + 6+ yrs OR MS CS + 3+ yrs OR Diploma + 8+ yrs
• 4 yrs ServiceNow dev experience

Nice to have

• ServiceNow CAD, CIS-TPRM, CIS-RC certs
• REST/SOAP API integration
• CMDB/CSDM familiarity
• Performance Analytics exposure
• Agile/Scrum delivery
• ITIL knowledge
• Regulated/GxP environment experience
