About the role

Cash, Payments and Liquidity (CPL) Product Development team at State Street builds modern banking and payment platforms. As a Product Owner you will lead the design and development of the Gateway integration layer, gather requirements, manage the agile backlog, and ensure regulatory compliance. Bangalore and Mumbai, hybrid onsite model with 3 days onsite per week, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

  • Lead agile team to accelerate Gateway development
  • Develop and groom product backlog and user stories
  • Document use cases, operational flows, and ensure quality documentation
  • Support design of operating models, standards, and technical architecture
  • Manage issue and risk escalation and ensure regulatory compliance

What you’ll bring

  • 3-5 years experience in securities services or banking/payments
  • Product Owner experience in agile environments
  • Knowledge of ISO 20022 messaging standards
  • Experience with integration layer design and documentation
  • Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
