Therapy Business Manager, GI Optima at Abbott India leads territory business planning and sales generation for GI therapies. What you’ll do

• Plan monthly and quarterly business and demand generation
• Monitor sales performance and adjust forecasts
• Conduct prescription audits for Abbott and competitor brands
• Create and maintain customer lists of doctors and chemists
• Achieve sales targets through science-based discussions with healthcare professionals
• Organize CME camps and execute customer management plans
• Ensure strict adherence to Abbott Code of Business Conduct and compliance
• Participate in strategy meetings, workshops, and training programs

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years experience
• Prior experience in GI therapy
• Experience at MNC or top Indian pharma
• Fluent and confident communication
