About the role

Technology Leadership at Iris Software drives enterprise transformation across finance, healthcare, and logistics. The Associate Vice President leads end‑to‑end engineering of high‑resilience platforms, mentors global delivery teams, and partners with CXOs to shape strategy and outcomes. Based in Noida, India, on‑site role with occasional short‑term travel.

What you’ll do

• Lead engineering of multi‑domain platforms and solutions
• Mentor and develop engineering leaders and teams
• Collaborate with CXOs and senior stakeholders on strategy and scoping
• Drive adoption of modern practices including AI, data engineering, and cloud
• Oversee architecture governance, design, and implementation quality
• Contribute to pre‑sales and client engagement activities
• Manage scope, estimation, and execution across global delivery programs
• Ensure best practices in DevOps, SRE, and agile methodologies

What you’ll bring

• 20-25 years technology and engineering delivery experience
• 5-7 years leadership managing 75-150 people
• Proven track record delivering complex platforms in financial services
• Experience leading globally distributed engineering teams
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML and data engineering
• Solid grounding in microservices architecture
• Excellent stakeholder communication with senior executives
