About the role

SPARK organization Hyderabad Machine Learning Engineering team builds ML capabilities for identity, audience intelligence, personalization and forecasting. As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer you will design low‑latency serving systems, own end‑to‑end production pipelines, and mentor senior engineers while shaping architecture and standards. Hyderabad, hybrid work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Design and operate low‑latency online serving systems
• Build and deploy identity resolution, audience modeling, and forecasting models
• Create feature pipelines combining streaming and batch data
• Partner with product, data science and engineering to define ML solutions
• Establish standards for model evaluation, monitoring and governance
• Mentor senior engineers and lead technical reviews

What you’ll bring

• 9-13 years ML engineering experience
• 6+ years with Ph.D. in CS/Statistics/ML
• Hands‑on Databricks, Spark, SageMaker
• Expert in PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost/LightGBM, scikit‑learn
• Experience with AWS, Snowflake
• Master’s or Ph.D. or equivalent industry experience
• Strong communication and mentorship skills
