About the role

Accenture's AI/ML practice designs and delivers intelligent conversational solutions for enterprise clients. The Custom Application Architect leads the solutioning and design of CCAI applications, builds and maintains chatbots and voice agents using Google Dialogflow CX, integrates with telephony platforms, and deploys custom models on Vertex AI. Gurugram office, on-site work model, with opportunities to influence cutting‑edge AI services.

What you’ll do

• Solution and design CCAI applications using Google Cloud ML services
• Develop and maintain intelligent chatbots and voice agents with Dialogflow CX
• Integrate agents with platforms like Google Assistant, Slack, and telephony systems
• Implement backend services via Google Cloud Functions and APIs
• Apply GenAI and Vertex AI models for deep learning and image processing
• Document technical designs and integration processes
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver AI solutions
