What you’ll do

• Maintain and configure CICS environments and related mainframe resources
• Develop and manage JCL scripts and batch job schedules
• Monitor system alerts, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware and service support
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical incidents

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of mainframe CICS administration experience
• In‑depth knowledge of JCL and scheduling packages (Stonebranch UAC)
• Experience with IBM mainframe hardware (CEC, DASD, tape)
• Familiarity with DB2 and enterprise ticketing systems (Remedy)
• Ability to monitor LPARS and use Splunk or equivalent monitoring tools
