About the role

Product-driven engineering team building an enterprise platform for Commercial Property & Casualty insurance. As a Senior Software Engineer I you will design and deliver full‑stack capabilities, own end‑to‑end development of APIs, microservices and micro‑frontends, and mentor engineers across distributed teams. Hyderabad, India, hybrid (remote‑first with on‑site collaboration).

What you’ll do

• Design, build and deliver scalable full‑stack solutions including APIs and micro‑frontends
• Own end‑to‑end development from design through deployment ensuring performance and reliability
• Develop platform features and integrations for P&C policy administration systems
• Collaborate with product, business and engineering teams to translate requirements
• Contribute to architecture modernization using cloud and microservices
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices across distributed teams

What you’ll bring

• 4-7+ years building large‑scale enterprise applications
• Strong P&C insurance domain knowledge
• Hands‑on with policy administration systems (Duck Creek, Guidewire, Majesco)
• Full‑stack development C#, .NET, Java, GraphQL, REST, React/Angular, SQL Server, Postgres
• Microservices, micro‑frontends, SOA, integration patterns
• AWS or similar cloud platforms
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
