About the role
Globalization Excellence (GE) practice at Zinnov helps enterprises build and scale Global Capability Centers. The Senior Analyst partners with leadership to manage employee relations cases, conduct investigations, coach managers, and ensure compliance with Indian labour laws. Porur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, on-site role with regular in‑person interaction.
What you’ll do
- Manage employee relations matters end‑to‑end
- Conduct fair and documented investigations
- Coach managers on performance and conflict management
- Partner with HR leadership on compliance and policy updates
- Maintain confidential records of ER cases
- Design and deliver training on HR policies
- Analyze stay/exit interview insights
- Present recommendations to leadership
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8+ years HR experience in Employee Relations
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws
- Experience conducting workplace investigations
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, NHRDN) preferred
