About the role

What you’ll do
- Architect and implement Salesforce customizations (Apex, LWC, Flows)
- Collaborate with sales stakeholders to translate requirements
- Develop and maintain integrations via REST/SOAP APIs
- Manage CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX, Copado or GitHub Actions
- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering standards
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
- Identify and remediate technical debt and performance issues
- Document designs and deployment guides
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years Salesforce development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL
- Experience with Sales Cloud and integrations
- Knowledge of Salesforce DX and Git
- Active Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
- Strong security model understanding
