About the role

Partner Experience team at Amazon drives the platform that enables creators and content providers to onboard, manage, and monetize streaming content on Fire TV Free. The Senior Technical Program Manager leads cross‑functional programs to scale API‑driven self‑service onboarding, international expansion, analytics, and partner support tooling. Works daily with India engineering and US product, business development, and distribution teams to deliver roadmap, ensure SLA compliance, and optimize service cost and scalability. Chennai, on‑site role with relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Own Partner Experience program roadmap across onboarding, support, analytics, and internal tools
• Drive onboarding velocity and self‑serve creator onboarding
• Lead international expansion readiness for Creator Studio Portal
• Coordinate delivery of self‑service content management and analytics features
• Modernize partner support to ticket‑based system and maintain SLA <5% breach
• Scale internal tooling and eliminate duplicate tools
• Steward operational health of ~15 services migrating to Chennai team
• Drive operational excellence and infrastructure cost reduction

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years technical product or program management experience
• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams
• 3+ years software development experience
• 5+ years technical program management with software engineering teams
• Experience managing cross‑functional programs and coordinating release schedules
