Manager, Solution Architect

About the role

The Amazon Fuse team acquires partner distribution for Amazon subscriptions and mobile applications globally. As Manager, Solution Architect in Bengaluru, you lead a team of Technical Account Managers and Solutions Architects while owning the technical strategy for partner integrations and launches. This full-time role requires bridging partner requirements with engineering teams to drive customer success and business growth.

What you’ll do

• Build and lead a high-performing team of TAMs and SAs across multiple locations
• Own technical strategy and go-to-market approach for Fuse partner integrations
• Manage technical relationships with key partners across India and APAC regions
• Provide technical consultation on API integrations, design, and deployment
• Drive improvements in Amazon products based on partner feedback and use cases
• Engage with strategic partners at executive levels to drive solution adoption
• Define hiring bars, calibrate interviewers, and recruit top technical talent
• Coordinate with product and engineering teams to scope new feature requests

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Math, or equivalent with 4+ years experience
• 8+ years IT development, implementation, or consulting experience
• 3+ years leading senior technology professionals in customer-facing roles
• 3+ years managing technical teams of Solutions Architects or TAMs
• Proven experience architecting and implementing application/infrastructure solutions
• Experience leading global teams and communicating with executive stakeholders

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge of cloud architecture and AWS or comparable platforms
• Experience migrating or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud
• Experience enabling partner ecosystems such as resellers or system integrators
• Experience working in highly matrixed organizations with BD and Partner teams
