About the role

Cognizant seeks an O9 Sr. Consultant in Bangalore to lead technical solution delivery for the o9 supply chain suite. The role involves designing and implementing master planning, integrated business planning, and analytics solutions while applying generative AI to enhance operational resilience. This position operates within a hybrid delivery model on day shifts.

What you’ll do

• Drive end-to-end design and implementation of o9 supply chain master planning solutions
• Coordinate configuration of o9 integrated business planning capabilities for synchronized plans
• Develop robust o9 demand planning designs to improve forecast quality and reduce bias
• Implement o9 supply chain analytics models to transform data into actionable insights
• Design and optimize o9 MEIO configurations to balance working capital and service commitments
• Create PL SQL based data integration routines for reliable data flows between systems
• Apply generative AI methods to automate insight generation and exception handling
• Mentor junior team members on o9 configuration, PL SQL development, and generative AI

What you’ll bring

• 8-12 years experience in technical solution delivery with focus on o9 supply chain master planning
• Strong hands-on expertise in o9 integrated business planning including scenario planning
• Proven experience implementing o9 demand planning capabilities with forecast modeling
• Practical knowledge of o9 supply chain analytics and MEIO optimization techniques
• Advanced proficiency in PL SQL for complex data transformations and query optimization

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of generative AI concepts to automate analysis and insight generation
• Domain understanding in supply chain management and multi-channel fulfillment
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid delivery model with strong communication skills
