About the role
ServiceNow HRSD product team at Kyndryl builds and maintains HR service delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The Developer implements platform solutions, collaborates with Solution Architects and Product Owners, and leads technical delivery of enhancements and projects. Remote work from India, supporting both Bangalore and Chennai locations.
What you’ll do
- Partner with Product Owners and Developers to define requirements
- Oversee product backlog delivery and sprint activities
- Provide technical consulting and architectural guidance
- Implement user stories, conduct peer reviews, and ensure quality
- Mentor junior developers and lead technical design authority sessions
- Capture reusable knowledge and suggest improvements
What you’ll bring
- 5-10 years ServiceNow development experience
- Experience leading teams and mentoring developers
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into solution designs
- Certified System Administrator (preferred)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (preferred)
- ServiceNow HRSD Implementation certification (optional)
