Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Infinite Computer Solutions is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise healthcare applications in Visakhapatnam. Day-to-day work involves building scalable backend services with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET 6+, and ASP.NET MVC, developing RESTful APIs, managing SQL Server databases, and ensuring HIPAA compliance. The role collaborates across the SDLC with BAs, QA, and Product Owners in an Agile/Scrum environment.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET 6+, and ASP.NET MVC
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and web services for healthcare applications
• Build scalable backend services and optimize application performance
• Develop and maintain SQL Server databases, stored procedures, functions, and complex queries
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
• Integrate applications with third-party healthcare systems and APIs

What you’ll bring

• 6+ years of software development experience
• Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET
• Experience with .NET Core/.NET 6+ and ASP.NET MVC
• Ability to develop and consume RESTful APIs and web services
• Experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, functions, and complex queries
• Knowledge of HIPAA security and data privacy standards
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum ceremonies
