Adobe Engineering team at Vanguard builds the digital front door for millions of investors, delivering personalized, data‑driven experiences across the investor journey. The Senior Engineering Manager leads multiple engineering teams to design, develop, and operate Adobe Experience Cloud platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance while collaborating with product, UX, and data partners. Hyderabad, India, hybrid work model (3 days onsite).

What you’ll do

• Lead, hire, and develop high‑performing engineering teams
• Drive delivery of data‑driven client experiences with product, UX, and data partners
• Provide technical leadership across Adobe Experience Cloud components
• Own platform scalability, reliability, performance, and operational excellence
• Partner across channels to ensure seamless client journeys
• Translate analytics and customer data into engineering decisions
• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, and regulatory standards
• Guide architectural decisions and modern engineering practices

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years technology and software engineering experience
• 5+ years managerial experience leading engineering teams
• 5+ years hands‑on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• 3+ years Adobe Launch/WebSDK and Adobe Target
• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
• Proven ability to design scalable, high‑performance digital applications
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
