About the role

Qsight, a high‑growth division of Guidepoint, builds data intelligence solutions for the healthcare sector. As a Software Engineer IV, you own and evolve Python‑based workflows that power our data platform, shipping production systems, modernizing legacy ETLs, and setting engineering patterns. Pune, Maharashtra, India – hybrid (3 days onsite, remote option).

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain production‑grade Python applications
• Own and improve Python‑based ETL frameworks and Airflow DAGs
• Integrate internal and external systems (Snowflake, DynamoDB, CRM, APIs)
• Ensure observability, reliability, and testability of critical workflows
• Modernize legacy ETLs with reusable libraries and AI‑assisted development
• Define Python architecture standards and engineering practices
• Mentor engineers and raise code quality
• Translate ambiguous business needs into durable technical solutions

What you’ll bring

• 4-7 years professional software development
• Deep Python expertise
• Experience with ETL workflows and data pipelines
• Proficiency with SQL and relational data modeling
• Knowledge of Airflow or similar orchestration
• Experience with Snowflake or comparable data warehouse
• Agile software development experience
• Mentoring engineers
