About the role

IT & Digital at JSW Dulux Limited leads the security strategy for the new greenfield EV manufacturing plant. The CISO Head defines and executes the enterprise-wide information security program, oversees risk management, incident response, and compliance across all digital assets. Based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, India, on-site role with executive leadership interaction.

What you’ll do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead security governance, risk assessment, and compliance initiatives
• Oversee incident response planning and execution across the plant
• Manage security architecture and technology solutions for OT and IT systems
• Build and mentor a high-performing security team
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and executive leadership on security integration
• Ensure continuous monitoring and improvement of security posture

What you’ll bring

• 18-24 years experience in information security leadership
• Proven track record as a CISO or senior security executive
• Deep knowledge of risk management, governance, and compliance frameworks
• Experience with security architecture for manufacturing and IoT environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
