Digital Acquisition team at IDFC FIRST Bank drives organic growth for retail banking through SEO and Generative Engine Optimization. The Senior Growth Hacker leads strategy, technical SEO, content, and AI‑search initiatives while mentoring a team of SEO Growth Hackers and collaborating with Product, Tech, Analytics, and Marketing. Mumbai, India, on-site, 40‑hour week, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

Develop and execute SEO and GEO strategies aligned with acquisition goals
Mentor and manage a team of SEO Growth Hackers
Collaborate cross‑functionally to embed SEO best practices
Drive technical SEO, schema, Core Web Vitals, and AI search optimization
Build measurement frameworks and dashboards for traffic, rankings, and revenue impact

What you’ll bring

7-10 years SEO and organic growth experience
Proven leadership of SEO teams
Hands‑on technical SEO and content strategy
Experience with AI‑powered search optimization
Strong analytics and experimentation skills

Nice to have

Experience in BFSI or high‑volume digital businesses
Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush
