GCP Cloud Architect, Consultant

About the role

Technology Consulting – Cloud Infrastructure & Ecosystem Advisory team at Accenture helps clients transform their GCP environments through architecture assessments, security design, FinOps analysis, and platform engineering. The Consultant supports GCP workstreams, contributes to security and cost‑optimization recommendations, documents IaC patterns, and assists proposal development. Based in Gurugram, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, or Kolkata, on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Support GCP architecture workstreams and produce assessment documentation
• Contribute to cloud security architecture patterns and Zero Trust recommendations
• Perform FinOps analysis using GCP Billing and Recommender API
• Document IaC standards with Terraform and Cloud Deployment Manager
• Assist in proposal and solution development with reference architectures

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field
• 6-9 years consulting or cloud infrastructure experience
• 2+ years GCP architecture work
• Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect certification
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (preferred)
• Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (preferred)
