About the role
Statistical Programming team at TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES (TCS) drives clinical data analysis and regulatory submissions. The Senior Lead Statistical Programmer leads a team of programmers, designs and validates ADaM datasets, TFLs, and statistical analyses using SAS and R, and ensures compliance with CDISC standards across therapeutic areas such as Oncology and Immunology. Mumbai office, on-site, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Lead a team of statistical programmers for specific compounds or therapeutic areas
- Program and validate ADaM datasets, tables, figures, and statistical analyses
- Collaborate with statisticians, data management, medical writing, and regulatory publishing teams
- Estimate effort and manage project timelines
- Represent the Statistical Programming organization in cross‑functional meetings
What you’ll bring
- 9+ years statistical programming experience
- 2+ years leading a programming team
- Proficiency in SAS and R
- In‑depth knowledge of CDISC standards
- Experience with drug development and regulatory filings
- Strong oral and written communication
Nice to have
MS in Statistics, Computer Science or related field or BS with 11+ years experience
