About the role

HSBC's International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) team seeks a VP and Branch Head to drive growth in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The role involves directing branch operations, expanding the deposit base, and increasing market share among High Net Worth Individuals. This on-site position requires managing team performance and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

What you’ll do

• Direct and manage the growth of IWPB business in line with strategic plans
• Maximize area profitability by growing the deposit base and wealth management portfolio
• Increase market share and expand the High Net Worth Individual customer base
• Coordinate marketing efforts and exceed customer expectations
• Monitor branch operations to ensure high levels of service delivery
• Coach the team to achieve business goals and meet customer needs
• Handle customer complaints sensitively and efficiently within SLAs
• Manage interactions with Commercial Banking functions where applicable

What you’ll bring
