About the role
ABB's HR team seeks a Junior HRBP to support the Finance and Accounting Operations (FAO) in Bengaluru. You will partner with managers to execute people strategies, manage the employee lifecycle, and drive change management initiatives. This hybrid role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
What you’ll do
- Partner with managers to develop and implement people strategies
- Provide HR support for the FAO team and represent HR in the business
- Execute HR processes across the end-to-end employee lifecycle
- Facilitate change management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to Global HR Projects
- Build relationships with business leaders and employees
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in multinational companies
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
- Knowledge of Labor Code, employment law, and market practices
Nice to have
- Master’s degree is a plus
- Solid business acumen with a customer-focused mindset
- Deep understanding of employee relations, coaching, and investigations

Education
