About the role
BetaNXT is a provider of frictionless wealth management infrastructure, real-time data solutions, and enhanced advisor experiences. The Senior Associate, Quality Assur & Engineering executes predefined test cases, runs automated test scripts, reports bugs, and maintains testing documentation to ensure software functions as expected. Based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, this full-time role supports small or less complex projects under direct supervision while collaborating with internal teams to align testing efforts with project goals.
What you’ll do
- Execute predefined test cases, report bugs, and assist in maintaining testing documentation
- Execute automated test scripts utilizing various testing tools and frameworks
- Run tests as outlined in test plans to ensure software functions as expected
- Identify defects, inconsistencies, and issues in software and communicate them to relevant teams
- Create test cases or update and maintain test cases, test plans, and other QA and engineering documents
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements, replicate issues, and align testing efforts with project goals
- Utilize manual and automated tools and frameworks to create and update tests that enhance testing efficiency and accuracy
- Identify quality concerns from development and testing and escalate them to manager
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with necessary competencies
- Execute predefined test cases and report bugs
- Run automated test scripts using various testing tools and frameworks
- Create, update, and maintain test cases, test plans, and QA/engineering documents
- Identify defects, inconsistencies, and issues and communicate them to relevant teams
