About the role

Engineering team at Lennox International focuses on developing scalable automation frameworks for HVAC product testing. The Technical Leader designs and redesigns object‑oriented automation frameworks for unit, system and end‑to‑end testing, collaborates across functional groups, and mentors junior engineers. Based in Chennai, on-site work required, with opportunities to lead cross‑functional initiatives.

What you’ll do

• Develop and redesign automation frameworks using OOP patterns
• Implement unit, system and end‑to‑end test automation
• Maintain and enhance existing frameworks with new features and bug fixes
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure scalability and sustainability
• Lead and mentor team members in design best practices

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or IT
• Experience in embedded systems development

Nice to have

• Object‑Oriented Design experience
• Proficiency in Python, C/C++
• LabVIEW knowledge
• Hardware schematic reading
• Automation development for embedded, mobile or web applications
