Sr. Business Analyst

About the role

Cognizant seeks a Sr. Business Analyst in Kolkata to support and optimize IBM Sterling OMS and SIP environments. The role involves automating tasks, managing Kubernetes infrastructure, and maintaining build scripts for containerized deployments. This is an on-site position requiring 8-10 years of experience.

What you’ll do

• Build and modify application scripts for Sterling OMS and SIP container images
• Maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts for fix pack installations
• Manage Kubernetes Operator deployments and configuration changes
• Execute routine platform upgrades and apply patches
• Troubleshoot deployment pipelines and environmental issues
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure code is deployment-ready

What you’ll bring

• 8 - 10 years of experience
• Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling OMS Admin
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes Operators/CRDs
• Experience writing and modifying Bash or Python scripts
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools
