About the role

Technology/IoT/Cloud team at Vodafone Idea Limited delivers enterprise circuit solutions and ensures partner governance across India. The Manager leads delivery of fixed line services, drives vendor and field teams to meet strict TATs and revenue targets, and coordinates customer and business updates throughout project phases. What you’ll do

Responsible for enterprise circuit delivery and partner governance
Interact with customers and business teams to provide project updates
Deliver fixed line services onnet and offnet within committed timelines
Achieve revenue realization targets (90% in‑month delivery, 95% order value)
Ensure CRFS compliance and reduce delivery TATs
Drive vendors, field and circle teams to meet KPIs
Manage change, material logistics and inventory

What you’ll bring

5-7 years telecom enterprise transmission experience
Knowledge of transport network technologies (DWDM, PTN, SDH, MPLS)
Strong management and vendor coordination skills
Ability to meet delivery TAT targets and revenue goals
Compliance with Vodafone HSW policies
