About the role
Security Operations Center (SOC) at Accenture monitors and protects people, property and brand across the APAC region. The Operator monitors access control, CCTV and risk feeds, responds to alarms, dispatches security personnel and coordinates incident information flow. Pune, Maharashtra, India – On-site, Full-time.
What you’ll do
- Monitor security systems including access control and CCTV
- Respond to alarms and environmental alerts
- Dispatch security officers or law enforcement as needed
- Coordinate incident information across APAC region
- Maintain operational logs and incident reports
