About the role

Sales & Marketing Analytics team at PIDILITE INDUSTRIES drives data‑driven decision making across the organization. The Senior Manager defines and executes the analytics roadmap, leads GenAI, NLP and Image Analytics initiatives from proof‑of‑concept to production, and translates insights into actionable business outcomes while governing the analytics portfolio. Works closely with leadership, manages external vendors, and builds a high‑performing analytics team. Mumbai, on‑site.

What you’ll do

• Define and drive the sales & marketing analytics roadmap aligned to business goals
• Lead advanced analytics and AI initiatives (GenAI, NLP, Image Analytics) from POC to scale
• Translate insights into actionable business outcomes and track ROI
• Govern the analytics portfolio and prioritize high‑impact initiatives
• Partner with leadership teams and present executive insights
• Manage external vendors and ensure delivery excellence
• Lead and develop a high‑performing analytics team
• Drive scalable data platforms and standardized analytics solutions

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years in analytics or data science
• Strong exposure to sales and marketing analytics
• Experience scaling AI/ML solutions
• Proven stakeholder management skills
