About the role

Treasury & Settlement Operations at Worldpay drives global payment processing and financial reconciliation. The Finance Shared Services Analyst II leads complex account reconciliations, resolves discrepancies, mentors junior analysts, and drives process improvements across balance sheet substantiation and month‑end close. Pune, India, hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

What you’ll do

• Perform and oversee complex financial reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve high‑level discrepancies
• Review and approve reconciliation reports from junior analysts
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the reconciliation team
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve reconciliation processes
• Develop and enforce best practices for reconciliation activities
• Prepare and present reconciliation summaries to senior management

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years experience in account reconciliation and month‑end close
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables and VLOOKUP
• Experience with ERP and reconciliation tools
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
