Lead Software Engineer, Product Security and DevOps

About the role

Product Security and DevOps team at Fluke builds secure, reliable software for regulated medical products. The Lead Software Engineer embeds security into the SDLC, writes code in Java/C/C++/Python, and drives CI/CD automation while mentoring peers. Bengaluru, India, on-site (3 days onsite), relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Define and implement secure software development practices
• Perform threat modeling, secure design reviews, and vulnerability assessments
• Develop, debug, and maintain product code in Java, C, C++ or Python
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with integrated security checks
• Collaborate with quality, regulatory, and cybersecurity teams
• Mentor engineers on secure coding and DevSecOps adoption

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years software development, product security, or DevOps experience

Nice to have

• Experience with regulated medical device software
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and container technologies
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and security testing tools
