Day-to-day work includes QA review support, mentoring analysts, managing queries, and administrative tasks like workflow updates. Based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, this full-time hybrid role requires relevant Quality Assurance experience and a Masters degree or equivalent.

What you’ll do

• Review deliverables/tasks produced by servicing teams per process requirements and QA/compliance parameters, providing written feedback on opportunity areas
• Provide dedicated mentoring support to analysts from servicing teams
• Manage queries through discussions and alignments on review feedbacks to help analysts understand scenarios and avoid repetition of errors
• Perform administrative work including timely workflow updation, revision requests processing, and responding to emails
• Stay up-to-date with ongoing skillset upgradation to support teams on all relevant areas and contribute toward value addition

What you’ll bring
