CMMS Support Engineer, SAP Plant Maintenance

About the role

Quest Global – CMMS Support Team maintains SAP Plant Maintenance master data for Oil & Gas and Petrochemical clients. The engineer prepares LSMW templates, updates PM trackers, analyses master data anomalies, generates client reports, and leads SAP support activities while guiding the team. Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Prepare LSMW templates for PM plans and material codes
• Update and maintain PM change ticket tracker
• Analyze existing PM master data for anomalies and propose solutions
• Prepare monthly reports and presentations for client
• Plan and execute SAP Plant Maintenance support activities
• Configure equipment master, functional locations, work centers and BOMs
• Lead and guide the support team
• Interpret client requirements and functional specifications to configure the system

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation engineering
• Minimum 2 years field plant maintenance in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical sector
• Minimum 3 years SAP PM implementation/support experience
• Familiarity with CMMS and SAP plant maintenance master data
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Office suite
• Ability to multi‑task in high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
• Knowledge of P&ID, PFD, SLD drawings
• Experience with Excel macros or SAP scripting is a plus
