Senior Cost Manager leading cost planning and estimation for global construction projects, focusing on data center and life sciences developments. Responsible for creating accurate cost estimates, managing multiple project packages, and ensuring timely delivery. Leads a team of cost professionals, builds strong client relationships, and drives continuous improvement in cost management processes. Requires deep expertise in Cost X and related tools, strong leadership, and a proven track record in large-scale construction projects.
What you’ll do
- Partner with clients to deliver accurate cost estimates.
- Create cost plans for CSA packages.
- Review overall CSA scope and support estimation.
- Lead team to deliver quality and value.
- Draft proposals and maintain client relationships.
What you’ll bring
- 12+ years in global cost management, especially pre-construction.
- 4+ years experience with Cost X, Planswift, Cubicost, Candy, ZW CAD.
- Proven leadership of large cost teams and client relationship building.
- Chartered status or on path to completion.
- Bachelor's degree in cost management or construction discipline.
Skills
