About the role

Muthoot FinCorp State Business Management leads the secured and unsecured lending portfolio across India. The State Business Manager drives regional sales structures, achieves budgeted volumes, and oversees cross‑sell initiatives while managing soft collections and audit compliance. Based in Coimbatore with an on‑site work model, the role includes team building, training, and close collaboration with credit, risk, and branch teams.

What you’ll do

• Achieve budgeted sales volumes and cross-sell targets
• Build and roll out sales structures across states/regions
• Collaborate with branches on product distribution and portfolio growth
• Maintain soft bucket collections and delinquency levels
• Coordinate with Credit & Risk on product and process rollouts
• Ensure audit compliance across sales vertical

What you’ll bring

• 7-13 years experience in secured/unsecured lending
• Experience building sales structures for regions
• Managing cross-sell initiatives
• Soft collections experience
• Team building and training
• Excellent communication in English
• Ability to manage BTL initiatives
• Channel and direct sales team experience
