About the role
Data & AI Solutions Presales Technology Team at EXL builds scalable, event‑driven AI/ML‑ready platforms for live demos and proofs of concept. The Solution Architect designs distributed, cloud‑native architectures on Azure, AWS, or GCP, orchestrates multi‑model AI workflows, and ensures observability, security, and compliance for demo environments. Based in Bengaluru, the role works hybrid onsite and remotely, collaborating with product, data science, and engineering teams to deliver industry‑specific demo templates for Insurance, Healthcare, Banking, and Retail.
What you’ll do
- Design client‑ready demos and proof‑of‑concepts
- Present complex architectures to executive and technical stakeholders
- Lead implementation of event‑driven architectures
- Build reusable, industry‑specific demo environments
- Define observability, security, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams
- Mentor presales engineers
- Drive technical due diligence and vendor evaluations
