What you’ll do

• Gather and document functional and non‑functional requirements
• Create user stories and detailed specifications
• Design UI/UX requirements and wireframes
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings
• Promote process optimization and continuous improvement

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years business analysis experience
• 3+ years UI/UX design and wireframing
• 3+ years financial services and retirement domain experience
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience
• Strong business process modeling and optimization skills
