About the role

Consulting Services team at Argano delivers high‑performance Oracle EPM solutions to enterprise clients. The Senior Consultant leads multiple Oracle Planning Cloud implementations, designs end‑to‑end solutions, writes Essbase calculation scripts, and mentors junior consultants. Remote work from Hyderabad, Telangana, India, with occasional client site visits as needed.

What you’ll do

  • Lead mid‑to‑large consulting projects and manage deliverables
  • Gather system and business requirements, design and build Planning Cloud solutions
  • Act as functional and technical expert for EPM/BI solutions
  • Serve as primary client point of contact and communicate project status
  • Collaborate with vendors to source hardware/software and negotiate contracts
  • Provide post‑implementation support and performance monitoring
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice growth
  • Drive business development and client acquisition initiatives

What you’ll bring

  • 5-6 full‑lifecycle Oracle Planning Cloud implementations
  • Expert knowledge of Oracle Planning Cloud tools
  • Strong Essbase calculation script writing
  • Experience with Groovy scripts
  • Experience with Data Management and loading data
  • Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud
  • Leadership of consulting teams
  • MBA or relevant master’s degree

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related field
  • Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud Service Implementation Specialist certification (preferred)
  • Oracle Hyperion Planning 11 Certified Implementation Specialist (preferred)
  • Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service 2021 Certified Implementation Specialist (preferred)
