About the role

As Lead Software Development Engineer in Test, you will lead quality engineering across strategic initiatives, driving test strategy, automation, and shift‑left practices while partnering with engineers and product owners. Chennai, India with a hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
What you’ll do
- Lead test strategy, planning and execution
- Own end‑to‑end quality engineering activities
- Drive shift‑left quality practices with engineering teams
- Define and maintain traceability from requirements to test artifacts
- Lead validation across UI, API, database and file‑based workflows
- Drive automation strategy and CI/CD integration
- Establish quality metrics and dashboards
- Mentor and guide SDETs
