About the role

JazzX AI is building AI-native digital workers that transform enterprise workflows into scalable, self‑improving systems. As a Solution Engineer, you’ll design, build, and deploy production‑grade backend services and GenAI features for enterprise customers, collaborating closely with senior engineers and clients. The role blends strong software engineering fundamentals with applied AI, requiring experience in Python, backend APIs, and LLM‑based systems. You’ll troubleshoot, optimize, and iterate on customer‑facing solutions, ensuring reliability and performance. This hybrid position in Bangalore offers the chance to work on high‑stakes, regulated domains and contribute to a product that redefines enterprise work in the AGI era.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement customer-facing solutions
• Build backend services, integrations, workflows
• Apply GenAI and LLM-based capabilities
• Collaborate with customer teams on deployments
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve deployed systems
• Communicate progress to stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• 4-8 years software engineering experience
• Proficient in Python (or Java/Go)
• Backend services, APIs, system integrations
• Experience with GenAI/LLM-based systems
• Customer-facing delivery engineering
• Strong software quality & testing practices
• Excellent communication & collaboration
• Willingness to travel up to 20%

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated domains (finance, lending, healthcare)
• Familiarity with vector databases or semantic search
• Exposure to agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen)
• Startup or fast-moving product experience
