About the role
Software Engineering – Development team at Kyndryl builds cutting‑edge software solutions that power cloud‑based managed services for global customers. The Lead II role designs, develops, and implements ServiceNow CMDB/Discovery components, creates CI/CD pipelines, and ensures code quality through testing and documentation. Work is on‑site across Bangalore, Hyderabad and Greater Noida, India.
What you’ll do
- Design and develop ServiceNow CMDB/Discovery solutions
- Implement and extend data models, forms, and permissions
- Create data load processes and custom integrations
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployments
- Write unit tests and documentation for components
- Provide support for CMDB and discovery issues
- Configure reports, dashboards, and audit tools
- Collaborate with operation teams to resolve network and credential challenges
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years ITOM/CMDB experience
- ServiceNow CMD L3 Developer certification
- Proficiency in Java, Python, .Net
- Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes
- Strong OOP and design pattern knowledge
- SQL and NoSQL database expertise
- REST API development
- Data model design and scripting in ServiceNow
