What you’ll do
- Triages and resolves escalated billing support tickets
- Develops automation tooling for billing and customer management
- Owns operational aspects of core billing platform including credits, discounts, and promotions
- Collaborates with architecture and cloud operations to ensure platform stability
- Builds revenue assurance tools and synthetic tests to prevent revenue leaks
- Manages operational readiness for new product launches
