About the role
Accor seeks a Security Associate in Hyderabad to support the Director of Security in maintaining hotel safety and guest protection. The role involves patrolling, monitoring security systems, and coordinating with departments during emergencies. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring 1-2 years of experience.
What you’ll do
- Perform duties according to the Duty Roster prepared by the Director of Security
- Ensure that all security systems function smoothly and initiate corrective action when faults are detected
- Assist Management, employees and guests in every way consistent with protection and prevention objectives
- Coordinate with various departments and government agencies on routine matters and during emergency
- Monitor back of house areas with particular attention to unauthorized entry and exit points
- Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
- Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management
- Report for duty on time wearing clean and complete uniform at all times
