About the role
Business Analysis Team at Zensar Technologies drives digital transformation for manufacturing clients by bridging business needs with technology solutions. The Senior Business Analyst gathers and analyzes complex requirements, creates functional specifications, and collaborates with product owners, architects, and developers to ensure successful delivery. Based in India, on-site work model with occasional stakeholder travel as needed.
What you’ll do
- Gather and analyze complex business requirements from stakeholders
- Conduct elicitation workshops and interviews
- Translate needs into functional requirements, user stories, BRDs, FRDs
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers to ensure solution alignment
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning
- Perform impact analysis and recommend process improvements
- Facilitate UAT planning, execution and defect management
- Act as liaison between business and technical teams
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years Business Analysis experience in Manufacturing
- Requirement gathering and stakeholder management
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Proficiency with JIRA, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Visio
- Knowledge of Power Platform and Azure
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
- Experience in supply chain and service management
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA, Dynamics 365 Fundamentals)
