About the role

Talent Connector Specialist on Accenture's Recruitment vertical, driving workforce performance and business agility through talent identification and sourcing. The role analyzes talent needs, builds talent pools, and partners with stakeholders to deliver candidates aligned with recruiting plans. Based in Navi Mumbai, on-site work model, with occasional rotational shifts.

What you’ll do

• Assess current and future talent needs and identify mission-critical workforces
• Build and manage talent pools and lead generation pipelines
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and employer branding initiatives
• Analyze data and report on talent acquisition metrics
• Collaborate with senior management to align recruitment strategies

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Proficiency with ATS and HR tech platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in market research, talent mapping, and employer branding

Nice to have

• SHRM Certified Recruitment Professional
• LinkedIn Recruiter Certification
• Graduate degree or above
