About the role
Team Leader role at Bank of America’s Global Business Services, overseeing eTask UAT workstream and process redesign. Requires 5‑7 years of experience in Global Markets/Investment Banking Ops, strong UAT/Business Analyst background, and expertise in Tableau, SQL, and communication across levels.
What you’ll do
- Lead eTask UAT workstream for scheduled releases
- Identify JIRA ready for release and create scripts
- Provide UAT updates and upload results
- Work independently on BAU activities
- Develop UAT execution plan and collaborate with tech team
- Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience

- Bachelor of Commerce (BCE)
