What you’ll do

• Perform Root Cause Analysis on issues and suggest corrective actions
• Support Knowledge Transfer of processes and acquire in-depth process knowledge
• Review process dashboards and visual management displays regularly
• Participate in internal or client initiatives related to the process
• Liaise with Accenture Local IT to escalate technology issues
• Assist Team Lead with staffing requirements and resource allocation
• Conduct or support training for regional teams on benefits operations
• Ensure Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans are up to date
